NH students rank 5th nationally in SAT and ACT scores. Students go to school locally from K-6, K-7 or K-8 before attending community supported junior and senior high schools. The towns that have high schools in the eastern half of the county are; Epping, Exeter, Hampton, Kingston, Newmarket, and Portsmouth. Towns with high schools in the western half of the county are; Derry, Londonderry, Northwood, Plaistow, Raymond, and Salem. Neighboring Strafford County towns of Durham, Dover, Rochester, and Somersworth have high schools. |
