AGENCY DISCLOSURE FORM
The Commission, by regulation, requires licensees to supply prospective
parties to a sale with an Agency Disclosure Form, which reveals who the
agent is representing, and other consumer protection information. This
form is only a disclosure of agency, not an agency agreement or contract.
It is used solely for the protection of buyers and sellers.
The following form is for the Disclosure of Agency/Non-Agency. This
is an official form approved and provided by the N.H.R.E.C. under Rea
701.01 (d):

LISTING AGREEMENT FORM
The listing agreement is used as the agreement between a Brokerage
firm and an owner of property to list and sell their property.
The following form is the that I use with Keller Williams Coastal Realty
to list a property. This is a contract.

BUYER AGENCY COMMITMENT
Often times, I am asked to keep an eye out for a particular type of
property. Honestly, I try to keep track of all of those properties that
may appeal to someone, but without a commitment from a buyer, I cannot
ensure that that buyer will not go looking at an open house and find
their dream home. Bottom line, I will best work for you if we are committed
to each other. Typically, when moving into a relationship with a buyer,
we both sign a Buyer Agency Agreement. Please take a moment to read this
form. It is a contract between buyer and Keller Williams Coastal Realty.
